Nick was born and raised in Sag Harbor, New York, a small whaling town on Long Island. He graduated from The University of Tampa, where he was a member of the baseball team for four years. After college, Nick remained in the Tampa area and eventually joined the Benchmark family. His transition from a small, close-knit town to one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S. fueled his desire to stand out and assist others in achieving their goals.

As the Team Lead overseeing operations across the Austin, TX, and Denver, CO, offices at Benchmark International, Nick manages more than 15 calendars and the daily interactions of over 10 deal generators. He coordinates confidential meetings and ensures maximum efficiency across the deal origination department. Nick plays a key role in driving productivity and maintaining seamless communication across the teams, with the aim of enhancing operational effectiveness and continued success.

Success

Nick was the top-performing generator for a significant portion of his time as a Deal Originator with Benchmark International. As a Team Leader, he successfully increased engagements in the regions where he worked. He played a key role in establishing the Denver office from the ground up, while managing the area and team responsible for deal flow. Nick is also proud to have assisted several of his team members in securing promotions to higher positions.

Prior to joining the Benchmark team, Nick ran his own marketing company, where he assisted others with website creation, SEO, and more. In this role, Nick discovered his true passion for helping others and began to refine his communication skills. He has always been driven to be part of something larger and remains committed to helping others achieve great things together.

Passion

As a member of the Origination team at Benchmark International, Nick holds a hands-on position that allows him to manage the most significant transactions in business owners’ lives. He ensures that a high-quality relationship is established from the initial outreach and works to set up both Benchmark and the business owners for success in various ways. Being involved in this process has been highly fulfilling for Nick, as he helps business owners navigate the complexities of their past experiences while ensuring that their interactions with Benchmark are as seamless as possible.
