About
Born and raised in Dallas, TX, David grew up with a close-knit family and developed a strong interest in sports and outdoor activities, including swimming, fishing, and boating. He graduated from Shady Grove Christian Academy in Grand Prairie, TX, where he received All-State honors in both soccer and basketball.
At Benchmark International, David serves as a Field Director, focusing on acquiring new clients. He excels in analytical skills and has a proven ability to determine whether a prospect meets the criteria needed for Benchmark’s distinctive fingerprint process. David believes that many business owners could greatly benefit from Benchmark’s services. David is responsible for analyzing prospective businesses for consideration of Benchmark International’s exit planning and growth services. He evaluates owner personalities, financials, industries, and targets, and provides recommendations based on these assessments. David has the authority to onboard new clients or deny them based on his evaluations.
With over 25 years of sales experience, David has spent the past 8 years in a similar role with another investment bank. The first 17 years of his career were spent in consumer product manufacturing sales with Black & Decker and several license partners, managing major accounts such as Walmart, Home Depot, and Target. Benchmark International is recognized as the leading M&A firm globally, known for its excellent reputation and collaborative culture. The firm’s dynamic pace and enthusiasm for growth are particularly appealing to David.
He is dedicated to setting and achieving goals, working as a team to reach new heights, and helping team members achieve their own objectives.
