Ms. Hess grew up in a military family, living on Army bases until she was nine years old. She enjoyed living in Germany and Hawaii, and traveling to many wonderful places. Because she is from a military family, her youth was a disciplined way of life with importance placed on punctuality, respect and loyalty.
Shannon’s role at Benchmark International involves working with our Field Directors and clients we have met with that have had an interest in engaging our services, but have yet to do so. She is an additional internal point of contact for clients when they wish to speak with someone with the same or a different perspective when they need someone to discuss their fears or challenges. She has been with Benchmark International long enough to see many deals through from start to finish, and she conveys her valuable insights to address any questions clients may have.

Prior to joining Benchmark International, Shannon ran a small business with her ex-husband, fulfilling all the roles of a business owner and operator, with a strong emphasis on customer relationships. She is compassionate, empathetic, and tenacious in all that she does.
Ms. Hess treasures any opportunity to help people. Having a great deal of real-life experience allows her to be very empathetic and understand the fears and concerns that one faces when trying to make the decision to take their business to market. She truly understands the gravity of that decision, and will do whatever it takes to see that the client is comfortable and confident in their decision.
