Anthony grew up in France and moved to South Africa in the mid-90s, settling in Cape Town. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, he was exposed early to the buying and selling of businesses in the SME sector, which sparked his passion for commerce and, ultimately, mergers and acquisitions. As an Associate Director at Benchmark International, Anthony specializes in facilitating transactions in the lower to middle market across a range of industries, particularly in South Africa, SADC countries, and East Africa. His academic foundation, coupled with hands-on experience in growing privately owned companies and his tenure at Benchmark International, has been instrumental in his ability to navigate and understand businesses in this segment. With a strong background in financial analysis, strategic portfolio management, and transaction negotiation, he has successfully guided numerous clients through complex sale processes, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
