About
Mr. Kearney was born and raised in Lanarkshire. At the age of 14, he left his hometown to follow his first passion of becoming a professional footballer before deciding to finish his studies in Perthshire. He then took on the role of associate sales manager at a global bank to learn the business of mergers and acquisitions. Darren manages a team of directors that provide our clients with knowledge, experience, confidence, comfort and trust around all that is involved in their exit journey. Both him and his team offer key insights into the movements of the global M&A landscape, educating clients on potential buyers, how these prospects will view their targets, valuation techniques to maximise the value of their company, and the entire due diligence process through to the close of a transaction.
passion
Having witnessed the demise of quality within the brokerage model, Darren strongly believes that the Benchmark International approach remains a truly client-focused exit strategy specialism that offers more than just assisting business owners in the planning stages of their exit and growth strategies. We care for our clients’ desires, their company and their overall exit journey and we have the necessary global reach and resources to provide an unrivalled service compared with others in this field.
