Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Ioda Limited and Apprentify Limited

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of ioda by Apprentify.

ioda is a management & leadership training and coaching firm focused on inclusive leadership, combining this with diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) as well as developing professional coaches.

Apprentify offers a unique approach to finding, recruiting and training digital and technical apprentices from start to finish via its specialist apprenticeship programmes.

This strategic acquisition will unite Apprentify’s Ofsted 'Outstanding' apprenticeship programmes with ioda’s decades-long expertise in leadership, equality, diversity, and inclusion training.

It will also enhance Apprentify’s current offerings by adding ioda’s horizontal and vertical development approach to the already comprehensive range of digital and technical training programmes.
