Benchmark International is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team and assist with strategic marketing initiatives for our growing company. This position will report directly to the Marketing Director and is located at the Tampa office headquarters. The candidate must have capable skills in both print and digital media. Benchmark International is looking for someone who can take direction from written and spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs.


Job Responsibilities

· Deliver exceptional design solutions that engage target audiences

· Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across different media.

· Create eye-catching visuals, including but not limited to social media graphics, digital advertising, brochures, flyers, presentations, and more.

· Manage time to meet project deadlines without sacrificing quality.

· Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources

· Prioritize tasks and projects according to business’s needs and turn-around time.

· Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, clearly communicates creative ideas, and collaborates with internal teams.

· Design and layout unique marketing materials that represent Benchmark International’s brand in a positive way.

· Edit original and stock photos, and corporate headshots, for use in marketing material.

· Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.

· Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

As our Graphic Designer, you must be a highly energetic and passionate individual with a positive and highly motivated ‘can do’ attitude. Specific qualifications for our Graphic Designer position include:

· Demonstrated portfolio of graphic design work

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

· Ability to design in various styles, and manipulate and retouch photographs

· Have a refined modern design sensibility with passion and enthusiasm for design and creative flair.

· Demonstrate a high-level of creativity using graphics (such as photos, graphs, charts, etc.) to improve communication.

· Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and love challenges.

· Strong experience with image editing and compression, file correction, and optimization techniques

· Understanding of typography and design composition

· Cooperative and detailed oriented

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a progressive work environment.

· Must be highly organized, including clear external and internal file management.

· Absence of any unfavorable history with FINRA, the SEC, or any state regulatory agency.

· Must be able to work in the office each and every day as this is not a remote or hybrid position.

Additional Qualifications:

· Familiarity with web design and user interface (UI) principles.

· Experience with motion graphics or video editing software.

· Knowledge of design trends and emerging technologies.

· Knowledge and understanding of other software in Adobe’s Creative Cloud: After Effects, Premier, Dreamweaver, etc.

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Graphic Design, Marketing or related discipline

Compensation

This position will receive an annual salary of $70,000.
