About
Eric was born in Wichita Falls, TX, and raised in Richardson, TX, outside of Dallas. He grew up in a competitive environment with a focus on succeeding in everything he did, and he loves to explore what motivates people. After losing his father in high school, he has always worked to be the person that would make him proud.
Eric works closely with people to help them understand and weigh all their options regarding the full or partial sale of their business. He brings empathy, curiosity, and intelligence to the process and asks many questions to help people make the best decisions for themselves, their employees, and their families.
Experience
Before joining Benchmark, Eric’s efforts were geared towards helping business owners and C-Suite leaders improve their organizations, helping them and their teams develop personally and professionally using leadership skills, succession planning, strategic planning, and succession/exit strategies. He also introduced business owners to people and organizations that could help them achieve their goals. With a strong ability to build relationships, Eric remains focus on finding ways to help those business owners find successful options for the next steps in their businesses and lives.

Passion
After watching business owners struggle with the prospect of moving to the next step in their business and professional lives, Eric became passionate about being a part of a team that brings the highest level of service to people who are looking to the next stage in their lives. He knows first hand the struggles, tears, and angst that many owners go through, and he loves being able to help them achieve their goals.
