About

Mr. Hardin was raised in a military family, spending his early years traveling through Utah, Missouri, Ohio, Korea, Idaho, and Hong Kong. He ultimately landed in Texas where he has resided for the last two decades. His scholastic journey spanned a wide spectrum of learning, from Fine Arts to International Business to Management of Information Systems. He was driven to attain his MBA because he genuinely enjoys helping others learn and grow, but he also has a competitive nature that drives him toward success. His career has been quite diverse, having held the titles of Owner, COO, CIO, and CMO, and starting small businesses that gave him a role in everything from sales to HR and from IT to manufacturing. For these reasons, he understands and appreciates the intricacies of many different businesses.

Jared’s role at Benchmark is about creating opportunities. In addition to his love for learning about businesses and introducing their owners to the distinctive tools and expertise that we offer, he is able to leverage his experience in deeply meaningful ways for our clients. He is driven to deliver results and get business owners truly excited about what is possible for the future.
