Mr O’Neill was born in Cookstown, County Tyrone where he attended Cookstown High School before attending South West College and then finishing his education at Ulster University.
Since then, Mark has worked for over a decade in direct client facing roles and in doing so has honed his exceptional ability to establish a strong rapport and cultivate trust with clients. This skill set aligns seamlessly with Benchmark International's core values and Mark’s role as an Associate Director, where he provides valuations and advice to business owners seeking an exit strategy or acquisition.

Mark enjoys playing golf and takes part in an annual golf day for the charity PIPS. He has also taken part in a charity boxing event for Cancer Research, as well as the relay for life.
