Transaction Team Lead

The company has opened a new office in Amsterdam for the Benelux region and is hiring a Transaction Team Lead (sell-side M&A).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sell-side M&A projects
• Analyze companies and markets
• Prepare and present marketing materials
• Identify and approach potential buyers
• Maintain client relationships
• Negotiate and close deals
  
  

Requirements:

• High drive and passion for M&A (experience preferred but not essential)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
