Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated The Transaction Between Illumin8 Blinds and Curtains Limited and Mzuri Group

January 10, 2025

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of Illumin8 Blinds and Curtains Limited by Mzuri Group.

Founded in Leicester, UK, almost 50 years ago as a family-run business, Illumin8 initially dealt in furnishing fabrics, offering net curtains to the local community. Illumin8 offers made-to-measure products to trade showrooms and e-commerce retailers worldwide, maintaining strict quality control standards and quick order dispatch. This growth resulted in the establishment of its first factory in the UK, followed by two more in the UAE, and most recently in India. The company collaborates with international designers and retailers, producing exclusive, bespoke products tailored to individuals.

Mzuri Group stands as one of the most established global brand names in the luxury window coverings industry from Northern Ireland. Established by a founding leadership team with more than 40 years of collective experience and success in the ornamental window coverings market, the company now serves a diverse clientele, offering beautifully crafted window coverings that elevate homes across the UK, Europe, and Australia.
