Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Stellar Global and Marvesting

October 16, 2024

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of Stellar by Marvesting.

Stellar is an omnichannel retail experience agency with over 200 employees across Europe and a long list of distinguished blue-chip clients such as Samsung, Nike, Electrolux Group, and Sage Appliances (Breville Group). Several of these relationships are ongoing, spanning multiple years, which is reflective of the agency's ability to develop trust with its clients.

Founded in 2019, Stellar helps brands connect with their clients wherever and however they choose to shop. Stellar operates all around Europe thanks to its headquarters in London, live chat and video shopping capabilities and a new subsidiary in Germany. Stellar will now be part of a larger European group with new services to offer.
