Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Combined Services (GB) Limited and Grazalema Ventures Limited

Benchmark International is delighted to announce the sale of Combined Services (CSL) to Grazalema Ventures.

CSL is a leading manufacturer and installer of building energy management systems (BMS) based in High Wycombe, with 32 years of experience delivering high-quality, reliable solutions. CSL’s control panels are installed in iconic locations like The Shard, Harrods, Royal Albert Hall and the Bank of England. As a key player in the rapidly growing BMS industry, CSL helps major retailers like Tesco and Sainsbury's reduce their carbon footprint, and partners with global corporations like Schneider Electric and E.ON to implement advanced BMS solutions in data centres, offices and commercial properties worldwide.

Grazalema Ventures was founded by former Uber exec and tech entrepreneur Fouzan Ali with the goal of acquiring and operating UK-based SMEs in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Targeting industries with long-term growth prospects, the company ensures that its investments are positioned for sustainable success.
