ABOUT

Mr Sloane is a Transaction Leader at Benchmark International and is in charge of overseeing a client’s journey from the moment the company is prepared for market, right through to the successful negotiation and completion of a deal. The sales process is very much a team effort in which James is in charge of ensuring the campaign comes together, from origination and marketing, assessing and getting the most from offers, to project managing the complex due diligence process for clients.

Success

James has enjoyed many successes at Benchmark International, starting with working on his first £10m+ deal in 2018, through to now where he was lead adviser on several significant transactions. He has had experience in both sell-side and buy-side mandates and completed deals with a range of international buyers, notably from the US.
