Louis was raised in Northern California, where he immersed himself in sports, excelling in both tennis and golf. He quickly realized that his success came from a combination of passion, discipline, and teamwork. This foundation would be added to in his late 20’s when he saw his passion move from sports to personal growth. He discovered that in order to be a successful husband, father, and businessman, it required more conscious interpersonal skills. This commitment to understanding more of himself and others has given him the gift of what it takes to live a life of enduring personal success.

As a Senior Director, Louis meets with business owners to understand what their current growth and exit strategies are, and then to determine how Benchmark International can best assist them in reaching those goals. As a former business owner himself, he knows first-hand how valuable outside professional input can be, especially in areas as critical as these. He has a talent for processing complex information and then synthesizing it into clear and concise strategies. Louis finds success when he sees exactly how Benchmark International can assist and add value to a business owner’s vision and plans.
