And Benchmark for asking the right questions to get those kind of details on the IM (Information Memorandum) which you generally don't see. That was what made everything smooth and easy; there were hardly any challenges in terms of acquiring the business.

I am extremely pleased with the partnership that we have developed with Priority under the guidance of Benchmark International.
