Andrew grew up in Iowa before relocating to the Southern U.S. to escape the harsh Midwest winters and pursue his academic and professional goals. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, with minors in Leadership and Real Estate, from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During his time at NSU, Andrew developed his expertise in finance, sales, and leadership, serving as Treasurer of the Student Government, an Admissions Ambassador, a member of the Presidential Advisory Board, and completing various internships.
To further enhance his qualifications, Andrew obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship. His MBA coursework focused on advanced corporate finance, business administration, financial analysis, real estate development, and investment strategies. Since joining Benchmark in December 2021, he has played a pivotal role as a key member of one of our esteemed transaction teams, furthering his financial acumen and leadership skills.
Andrew collaborates with several businesses from diverse sectors, such as construction, technology, consulting, and distribution. These companies include Scapesgroup, D & D Roofing, International Restaurant Distributors, Image Matters, and more, indicating his broad professional engagement across multiple industries.

Andrew’s prowess spans finance, accounting, sales, strategy, and negotiations. In addition to his successes at Benchmark, he founded his own company within the car rental industry, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in company formation, financial management, market research, and the execution of strategic initiatives. He also has a strong background in property management, having worked in both HOA and multifamily residential sectors. As an Assistant Manager, Andrew played a key role in overseeing the sales operations of a complex comprising more than 900 units. Andrew is a licensed Florida real estate associate.

Recognizing that selling a business can be an emotional, complex, and stressful experience, he takes pride in guiding clients through the process with a focus on providing clarity and support. Leveraging his expertise in finance and negotiation, Andrew works diligently to achieve the best possible results for his clients.
