Benchmark International Completes the Sale of Imscan Systems Limited to Charles Street Solutions Limited

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the sale of Imscan Systems to Charles Street Solutions.
Imscan Systems is a Warrington, UK-based document management and workflow solutions provider.
Charles Street Solutions is an IT consultancy to the professional services and legal sectors and is based in London. With an aggressive acquisition strategy in place, and relevant experience in Imscan Systems' sector, the acquisition represents a strategic acquisition for the company.
Lead adviser on the deal and Associate Director, Roger Forshaw, commented, “We generated a high level of interest from large multinationals but eventually found a buyer that, to the outside world, is not a known acquirer which shows our wide reaching marketing strategy. All of this was achieved within two and a half months which is testament to the hard work of the Benchmark International team.”
