Benchmark International's client, B. Carlson Heating & Air Conditioning, a provider of HVAC and Plumbing Services, has been acquired by Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning, a Texas-based portfolio company of The Riverside Company.
B. Carlson Heating & Air is a one-stop shop for the repair, maintenance, and replacement of heating, cooling and plumbing systems in the Albuquerque, NM, area. B. Carlson has been providing professional and award-winning services for over 50 years in Albuquerque.
Founded by husband-wife duo Brad and Sarah Casebier in 1999, Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning is the leading provider of maintenance plumbing, sewer, drain, and HVAC installation and repair services in the greater Austin, TX, metropolitan area, and beyond. Since its founding, Radiant’s best-in-class service and expert team have made them a household name in Central Texas. The acquisition has allowed Radiant to add a leading brand and team to its business and expand its geographical presence.
The Riverside Company is a global private equity firm focused on investing in growing businesses valued at up to $400 million. Since its founding in 1988, Riverside has made more than 800 investments. The firm's international private equity and structured capital portfolios include more than 140 companies.
