Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Absoft Limited and Applexus Technologies Inc

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of Aberdeen-based Absoft by Seattle-based Applexus.

Absoft, established in 1991, is a SAP Gold Partner consultancy and managed services provider, assisting in the planning, installation, implementation and ongoing support of all types of SAP applications for businesses based throughout the UK and internationally. It works with clients across industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, rail, and the public sector.

Applexus is a global technology leader specialising in SAP advisory and business transformation services with a strong focus on delivering business value to its clients. It has delivery centres across the US, Canada, UK, India, and Sri Lanka, with over 500 consultants. As part of the new entity, Absoft will assume the lead role for driving growth in the UK and Europe.
