Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of Wimbledon-based Dataflow by Vesta.
Established in 1996, Dataflow is a web development business delivering premium delegate registration systems for events and sponsor ticket management systems. Utilising a self-built innovative database, the company is able to offer a customised service in order to meet customers’ specific needs.
Vesta is a buy-and-hold acquirer of vertical market software companies, operating over thirty independently managed software brands around the world. It is wholly owned by Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU) through the Jonas Software operating group.
John Denham, Dataflow’s majority shareholder, commented: “Dataflow Events have been delivering event registration systems for over 20 years. This extended to sponsor ticket and asset management systems over the last 10 years. Our managed service and ability to customise all arrangements gives us a unique position in the market. Becoming part of the Vesta Software Group will open up new markets and will enhance our ability to better serve our clients’ ever-changing requirements.”
Richard Clancy, group CEO of Vesta, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Dataflow into our portfolio. Dataflow’s proven ability to deliver and maintain innovative digital solutions for the events industry will enhance Vesta’s existing presence in this growing vertical market. We look forward to supporting the company, its employees, and clients as they continue to grow and strengthen their product offerings.”
