Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Extreme Exhibitions Limited and Claverley Group Limited

Benchmark International is proud to announce the acquisition of Extreme Exhibitions by Claverley Group.

Located in Ringwood, Hampshire, Extreme Exhibitions is an event and exhibitions design and build specialist that create unique branded environments for high profile clients through their process of strategy, design, digital content creation and project management. Currently employing 18 staff members who work from offices and a workshop, the company has a robust presence in key markets, including London, Europe, the United States, and beyond. 

Post acquisition, Extreme Exhibitions will continue to operate from its current base, with all staff being retained. 

Claverley Group, located in Wolverhampton, is a newspaper publisher that provides publishing and print services in addition to business-to-business marketing services to a growing customer base.

The acquisition is the sixth made by Claverley Group since 2018
