Benchmark International Facilitated the Transaction of P&Ro Solutions Group, Inc. and FOCUS Learning Corporation

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the successful transaction between Philadelphia, PA-based P&Ro Solutions Group, Inc., an asset management firm and software development company providing engineering consulting and software to capital-intensive industries, and FOCUS Learning Corporation, a specialized training and compliance software company focused primarily on highly regulated, safety-critical industries including commercial nuclear power, electric utilities, manufacturing, aerospace, and government organizations.

Founded in 2005 as a spin-off of the non-profit Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), P&Ro Solutions Group has served capital-intensive markets such as power generation, renewable energy production, oil and gas refineries, the US government, universities, and the international industry base for more than two decades. Its primary software product, PaSTA® (Planning and Scheduling Tool Assistant), helps organizations manage maintenance work orders, work planning and scheduling, workforce and resource allocation, maintenance backlogs, performance metrics, and asset-management processes through a user-friendly interface. Three shareholders owned the company. The majority owner, Mr. Jack McElroy, will transition out of the business to pursue retirement. The two minority owners will remain with the company under new ownership.
