Some of his stand out deals have included the sale of Dartline Coaches to well-known plc Go-Ahead Group; the acquisition of Tops Security Solutions to Banham Patent Locks; and Leviathan Engineering’s acquisition of GMD Eurotool.

Mr. Morris grew up and went to school in South West London, before moving to Oxford for university. He studied Business and Management graduating with a 2:1 and has resided in Oxfordshire since.

Now at Benchmark International, Jamie is a Transaction Leader, assisting entrepreneurs and investors in selling their SME business interests. He guides and manages the process, identifies and manages all risk related policies and practices, and is the point of call for negotiating transactions.
