Before joining Benchmark International, Leo was an operating partner in a private equity backed portfolio of companies. Their mission was to build an industrial services portfolio that delivered comprehensive service solutions for critical process equipment, value for clients, and accelerated growth for operating companies and investors. The company completed more than 30 M&A transactions in six years. With responsibility for sourcing, structuring, negotiating, completing, and integrating deals, the work was exceptionally rewarding and solidified his passion for M&A.
