About
Ms. Tapson spent much of her youth supporting charities such as Oxfam and Mencap, working with vulnerable people and observing first hand the value of hard work and dedication to a cause. This mentality has always driven her to commit wholeheartedly to her personal and professional goals, and has resulted in success in every path she has chosen to pursue in her career. At Benchmark International, Samantha has worked in all areas of the business from preparation to research, and now focuses on managing a team of deal leaders towards successful completions including stand out transactions such as the sale of Fuse Rail to John Sisk & Son, and REACT Group's acquisition of LaddersFree. As Samantha understands all aspects of the process, she appreciates the importance of effectively project managing a transaction from start to finish to ensure the best possible outcomes.

experience
Following the completion of a world-renowned graduate leadership programme, Samantha held several successful leadership roles in the education sector in the early stages of her career. However, she decided that her skill set would be better placed in a different setting, and actively pursued a role in corporate finance, where she could fully apply her competencies in transformational leadership and critical thinking. Samantha saw an opportunity with Benchmark International to join a forward thinking, ambitious organisation that could support her progression in a new field.
