The opportunity to acquire Bailey Morris proved a hugely attractive proposition, generating 112 expressions of interest. Seven advanced meetings with interested parties took place with a variety of acquirer types including; private equity firms, trade organisations and high net worth individuals. Five firm offers were placed and Indutrade were identified as not only offering the best solution for the shareholders but also for the company moving forward.

Benchmark International would like to thank all parties involved and wish them the very best of luck for the future.

Benchmark, a very professional, slick company; I've been impressed, and I think we made the right choice. It was a very quick process. They did say it could take up to two years -- well from the time we started talking to them to the time we got the final offer from Indutrade, that we accepted, it couldn't have been more than six months, so we were very impressed with them.
