Michele and I would like to thank you for the great job your entire team did helping us sell our company. We selected Benchmark (International) because of the professionalism shown by all of your representatives as well as the breadth and scope of your company. Your team answered all of our concerns and made us feel comfortable enough to initiate the selling process. You reaffirmed to me that it would be my decision on who we sell to and there was no time limit on finding the right buyer. I was skeptical, but after going through the process, I now know it's 100% true. You didn’t pressure us to make decisions and focused your efforts on guiding us through the valuation and sales process at our pace. Nowhere along the way did we feel that you were pressuring us for time or a quick decision. If it was a flip of a coin and it didn’t come up on Benchmark, then we kept flipping the coin.

Benchmark put everything on the table about the history of the business, about how things were going with the business, and I also appreciate Chuck and Michele for being very honest. And Benchmark for asking the right questions to get those kind of details on the IM (Information Memorandum) which you generally don't see. That was what made everything smooth and easy; there were hardly any challenges in terms of acquiring the business.

I am extremely pleased with the partnership that we have developed with Priority under the guidance of Benchmark International. I believe that the Central EMS and Priority Ambulance combined management teams will be able to deliver powerful results within the industry. I would like to thank all the members of the Benchmark International transaction team that worked diligently to produce this result and feel strongly we could not have achieved this without them by my side every step of the way.
