Prior to joining Benchmark International, she worked in various industries, including events management, which gave her great skill in managing complex processes with several moving parts.

Ms. Halai spent her formative years in Bolton but spent time studying in both Leeds and Preston. Her academic and professional success is greatly inspired by her parents’ dedication to hard work. Bhavina has quickly risen through the ranks at Benchmark International. She first served as Corporate Acquisitions Manager, heading up a multi-lingual team of marketers known as ICAT (International Corporate Acquisitions Team). In this role, she established highly coveted relationships with many of the world’s leading companies, routinely presenting opportunities to the highest-level decision makers. In 2016, she was tasked with overseeing the Deal Preparation Team, which creates marketing collateral and identifies potential acquirers both in the UK and overseas markets, to draw both this and ICAT’s operations together. She now serves as European Operations Director, where she is a crucial part of our central executive team supporting the growth of our existing network of offices while looking for opportunities to expand into new territories.

PASSION

Bhavina is passionate about the people she works with, from all of our clients to the members of our internal team. She enjoys successfully turning ideas into reality and finding new ways to evolve and improve herself. She is also proud to support her local community as an ambassador for Bolton Lads and Girls Club (BLGC).
