About

From a young age, Mr. Foley has had a strong work ethic instilled in him. This, alongside his curiosity to learn new skills and his business acumen, drove him to obtain a degree in Business Management.

With a natural aptitude for business and an interest in market trends/reports, Joe was drawn to the opportunity at Benchmark International. As Head of Research at our Manchester office, Joe leads a team of researchers who prepare the Buyer List for each opportunity. He is responsible for overseeing all files, reviewing lists, and recruitment & training, as well as assisting other teams/offices with their research needs.

Success

Mr. Foley has been involved in over 100 deals while working at Benchmark International, and in one instance, 19 out of 23 deals completed by Joe’s team were buyers he identified via call lists, demonstrating we don’t rely on mass marketing to secure interested parties.

Joe’s biggest achievement to date is identifying Sabert Europe as the ideal buyer for KeCo Limited, as this came after multiple lists and not being able to find a buyer who would meet the client’s expectations. This demonstrated his perseverance and his ability to think outside of the box to identify potential buyers others may not consider.

Passion

Joe is passionate about finding the perfect buyer for clients. At Benchmark International, we want our clients to benefit financially and to ensure their companies have the capacity to grow under new ownership, as well as being in safe hands.
