About
Mr. Bockholt is originally from Osnabrück. After graduating from high school, he initially decided to do a dual study programme at a medium-sized company. During this time, he gained in-depth insights into various departments (HR, controlling, merchandise management, IT) as well as the internal processes of the company. Malte then attended the University of Mannheim where he completed his Masters degree, which had a focus on finance, accounting and management.
As a project manager at Benchmark International, Mr. Bockholt accompanies his clients through the entire M&A process. He supports entrepreneurs in finding the right buyer and achieving a fair company valuation.
