Mr. Murphy grew up in Douglas and furthered his education at Rochestown College before moving on to Cork Institute of Technology where Cian received his degree in Business Information Systems. Keen to work in business and interested in joining a corporate environment, Cian opted for a career at Benchmark International.
As a Senior Associate Director, Cian is an operational manager who takes a more holistic view, liaising across multiple teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully. The key focus is on project management to ensure high standards are met and in a timely manner. This involves key communication, delegation, and time management skills. Under Cian’s guidance, the team thinks creatively and analytically in each situation and uses key tools skilfully to achieve the desired results.

Cian has worked on several transactions, with his repertoire including a wealth of successes such as the acquisitions of Labplan; EQA (Ireland); EHA Corporate Limited; O’Flynn Medical; Smith & Kennedy Architects; Real Regulatory; and Writech Industrial Services, one of Benchmark International Europe’s largest transactions.
