Before working for Benchmark International, Tyler previously held the role of director of private equity development at a distinguished financial services firm, as well as president at a prominent Florida-based private equity real estate investment firm with a portfolio valued at more than $2 billion. Developing, acquiring, and managing portfolios inclusive of multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, and master-planned developments honed his expertise in diverse asset classes.

Moreover, leading capital-raising endeavors through various funds and joint ventures with institutional partners aligns directly with his proficiency in orchestrating complex financial arrangements. His oversight of a vertically integrated consortium of subsidiary companies spanning development, asset management, investment banking, construction, property management, and brokerage cultivated a complex understanding of operational intricacies—translating into a comprehensive approach in navigating large-scale transactions within mergers and acquisitions.
