experience
Ms. Alonso has the privilege of working closely with our clients each day, partnering with them as we move through their company sales process. With more than a decade’s experience in retail management, she grew her skills in customer service and the financials of running a store. In going through the process of being acquired by a private equity firm in order to grow the company nationwide, she became very interested in the process and wanted to move to that side of the table.
Amy’s career motivation is driven by working on a team with a purpose of serving others. Shortly after joining Benchmark International, it became clear that it was the perfect fit for her. Caring about our clients and assisting them through an extremely important phase of their life is extremely satisfying. She believes in the importance of the services that we provide and feels proud of the Benchmark team that is behind every successful transaction.

Passion
Growing up with parents who owned their own business, and watching the heart and soul that they put into running it each and every day, gave Amy a unique passion for what we do. When it came time for her parents to sell, they did not have proper representation and it was a difficult process for them. This has made her especially determined that no other business owners go through such a negative experience.
