Lucas grew up in Fayetteville, NC and was always attracted to the world of business. He earned his degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and has spent his entire career working directly with business owners to provide support in various capacities, driven by helping them achieve their own ‘next level’ of success.

At Benchmark International, Mr. Durr partners with business owners to support and guide them during one of the most challenging and rewarding phases of their lives—selling their business. He has a strong financial background and he understands exactly what is at stake for a business owner. He leverages his expertise in supporting business owners to maximize and realize the return on their greatest investment.

At Benchmark International, Lucas uses his out-of-the-box thinking as a consultative partner to business owners in the sale of their businesses. He helps to educate and guide them through understanding of our Fingerprint process and the tremendous value they receive. Prior to joining our team, he helped middle-market businesses and private equity firms find the best talent for the most critical financial roles in their organizations. He has worked with businesses ranging from 50MM to 1B in revenue. His role with Benchmark allows him to make dreams a reality for business owners by finding creative solutions to achieve the greatest results when selling their business.
