Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction between RConTAST-Deutschland GmbH and Eldar GmbH

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of RConTAST-Deutschland GmbH by Eldar GmbH.

RConTAST-Deutschland GmbH is a leading service provider in building management, specialising in the operation of large commercial properties in Germany. With nearly 30 years of experience, the company was founded in 1996 as TAST-Deutschland by Rainer Strauss. Over the years, the introduction of proprietary process software and the establishment of RCon GmbH in 2007 have enabled the firm to execute complex projects such as the Allianz Campus in Berlin, the Dreischeibenhaus in Dusseldorf, the BMW Museum in Munich, and the Commerzbank in Frankfurt.

Eldar Capital GmbH, a subsidiary of RL-Elektrotechnik GmbH & Co. KG, is an owner-managed mid-sized electrical engineering service provider based in Leverkusen, Germany. The company specialises in electrical installation, MSR technology, network engineering, lightning protection, and switchgear construction. Eldar continues its steady growth with six offices across North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. RL-Elekrotechnik is a long-standing service provider for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, serving renowned clients such as Bayer, Covestro, and BASF.

The right time is now

Managing Director of Eldar, Tim Schmitz, commented: "We are thrilled to welcome RConTAST-Deutschland into our portfolio. As part of the transition, Mr. Strauss will remain as Managing Shareholder at RConTAST, focusing on transferring his extensive expertise and expanding the company's presence in western Germany.
