About

Born in Florida and raised in Alabama, Bryan Gonzalez has built a solid foundation in business and innovation over the years. He earned his BBA in Professional Management from the University of North Alabama (UNA), concentrating on entrepreneurship with a minor in innovation engineering.

As President and co-founder of the Generator Student Incubator (GSI) at UNA, Bryan led initiatives in business development and innovation. His entrepreneurial spirit earned him regional recognition in the Shoals Alabama Launchpad competition, where he secured seed funding for one of his startups.

Bryan further honed his skills by pursuing and earning an MBA at the University of Tampa, where he deepened his expertise in business strategy. Since joining Benchmark International in October 2021, Bryan has been integral to the Transaction Team, overseeing small to mid-market transactions.

Bryan has co-founded two innovative startup companies. The first focused on developing advanced 3D printing solutions to enhance efficiency in filament print materials. Second, he introduced a revolutionary nighttime golf game experience, blending technology and recreation. Additionally, Bryan gained hands-on experience in property management, overseeing operations and sales as manager of a student apartment complex manager. Currently, he holds both a Florida real estate license and a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) license, further solidifying his expertise in the real estate industry.
